International Conference

beauchamp collegeIn 2006 Beauchamp College was awarded a grant by the National Academy for Gifted and Talented youth to carry out an action research project on ‘How Gifted and Talented Students can Enhance Learning through Active Research’. We held a conference with delegates from our partner schools in Germany, South Africa and India. Since then we have had nine successful conferences, three in Germany, one in South Africa, one in Sweden and four here at Beauchamp. The conferences have provided a forum for young people from different countries to start a dialogue on teaching and learning and each individual student that has participated has commented on the life changing nature of their experience.
