International Programme

In 2003 Beauchamp College was first awarded the prestigious International School Award by the British Council in recognition of its success in introducing an international dimension to teaching and learning at the College.  We have continued to develop our international programme and an array of activities regularly take place including collaborative curriculum work with partner schools worldwide, yearly language exchanges to France and Germany and various departmental study visits overseas.

In the summer of 2006 we successfully reapplied to the British Council to retain the International School Award. Accreditation lasts until 31 August 2009. The award was presented to Ms Rooney and Mrs Greaney on behalf of Beauchamp College on the 11th October 2006 by Jonathan Dimbleby at an awards ceremony in London.
