Registration Evening Tuesday 22nd May, 4.30-6.30pm
An event for Year 7 and Year 10 2018/19 students who have been guaranteed a place at Beauchamp.
we would like to invite you to a registration evening on Tuesday 22nd May and to book an appointment where we can finalise the registration of your son or daughter. It is essential that you attend with your son or daughter so that we can take their photograph for their college smartcard which can then be given to them on their first induction day on Monday 9th July. We will also be asking parents/carers to fill in an electronic registration form.
Booking a Slot
Please choose a time slot by clicking on the link below.
We ask that you arrive on time for your chosen slot.
After receiving a couple of queries regarding the friendship form for students, we wanted to ease any anxieties and provide some reassurance by emphasising that we will ensure that your son or daughter is placed with their two named friends as well as other students from their current Primary or High School. We will also continue our partnership with these schools to secure key information about your child to ensure continuity of care. Please fill in the Friendship Form below and bring it with you on the Registration Evening.
Check List For The Evening
We ask that you bring to the registration evening the following items:
- Parental contribution of (£60 deposit) for the Year 7 or (£110 payment) for the Year 10 residential trip (in cash or cheque payable to Beauchamp College, please write your child’s name on the reverse)
