Indian Cookery For Beginners (W7)

This course will cover an interesting selection of authentic Indian dishes. The tutor will share her love of Indian cookery using her own personal recipes. This is a relaxing and enjoyable course for beginners and learners with some knowledge of Indian cookery, where learners will be able to practice their cookery skills and create new dishes supported by the tutor.

healthy indian vegan & vegetarian (w8)

Learn to make delicious, healthy versions of Indain classics such as Saag Aloo, Mattar Paneer, Biriyani, Stuffed Parathas and many more. All recipies will be demonstrated and paper copies will be provided to take home.
