Enrolments & Payments

Enrolment forms are available from the Training Centre reception

Please return the completed form to us by email, post or in person. Payment can be made by:

Cheque – made payable to ‘Beauchamp College’

Cash – Please DO NOT send cash through the post.

Credit /Debit Card – Please phone. We welcome payments and enrolments but due to the high number of calls the line may be engaged, if this is the situation then please feel free to leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Once you have enrolled and made payment we will send your receipt and confirmation details out to you by email or post.

All our courses are for age 18+ unless otherwise stated, please check the website or ask for details.

Minimum Numbers & Cancellations

We will make every effort to run all of the courses advertised but we may have to close a course where the enrolments are low. If we have to close a class we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund or discuss an alternative course.

All course details and prices are correct at time of print and may be subject to change.



Refunds are not normally given except when we close a course. However, consideration will be given to written requests from learners who have to withdraw on written medical advice or in exceptional circumstances.

Please be aware a £5 administration fee will apply to refunds where the college is not at fault. Learners will have to pay for every session of the course they have already attended.


Learner Support

Please ask us if there is anything we can do to support you in your learning. We will always respect your right to confidentiality but we hope that you will feel comfortable enough to disclose your disability or support needs so that we can help you where possible.
