Next week (Monday 18th March-Friday 22nd March) we are running our annual Positive Mental health and Well Being week.

A variety of activities are available for students to sign up for including Meditation sessions, Tai Chi, Mindfullness and Yoga.

The timetable of events is available to view here.

Any student wishing to take part in an activity must sign up in the SSC by Friday at the latest. Places are limited and will be first come, first served.

Please Note - Pet Therapy sessions have also been added. The details are as follows:

Friday 22nd MarchPet Therapy – Berridge Room. Two sessions running in both P5 and P6. 12 student places available per session.
