Wonder Twins Release Debut Single

‘Destiny’ is the duo’s first original song since they triumphed on the iconic ITV singing competition last July, under the guidance of former Black Eyed Peas member Will.I.Am.

The song – which was recorded at Astar Studios in Manchester and is available to stream now – is an upbeat pop classic, with a catchy chorus and lively lyrics, all centred around standing by one another and chasing your dreams!

To promote the release of the single, ITV Central News recently visited Beauchamp College to interview the girls – now dubbed ‘The Wonder Twins’ – and to capture a live performance of ‘Destiny.’

Shanice and Andrea sat down with Peter Bearne and discussed the inspiration for their song and their aims and goals for the future. There was time for a quick wardrobe change before the girls took to the stage in front of their classmates – as well as teachers past and present – and brought the house down with a dazzling musical display!

As their new song states, this is only the start, with the girls hoping to enjoy a long and successful musical career.
