Temporary Pass: £1
Replacement Pass: £10
Students who have lost their bus pass need to report it missing to Mrs Proudman in Student Support Centre reception (SSC). All replacement passes are charged at £10.00. This can be paid by cash or cheque (made payable to Beauchamp College). Mrs Proudman will apply for, receive and provide the photo for the replacement pass from County Hall for the student. In the meantime the student will be issued with a temporary pass at the cost of £1 to allow them to travel until the pass arrives. A temporary pass will only be issued if student’s name is on the SSC reception’s copy of the latest bus list from County Hall.
All of our current School Transport bus routes and drop off points are listed here. Beauchamp College also provide a late bus service on Monday through to Thursday, this can be found here. Not all students are entitled to free travel on the school buses and all seat allocations are made by County Hall School Transport Department. Please contact them on 0116 305 0002 or by email: passengertransport@leics.gov.uk regarding allocations or any queries you may have.

Whilst LCC will shortly be contacting (by email) families of young people who have existing transport and who may need transport again next year they are also making the appropriate student and parent groups aware that this link is now open. This is especially important for families of nursery age or Post 16 SEN students as LCC can’t arrange transport without an application form.
You will find much more information, FAQs and details of the charges and policies on our website as per the links above. Please also note that LCC no longer send out printed application forms as a matter of course but they can be requested via our Customer Services Centre (0116 305 0002) for families without internet access.
Parental queries should be directed to the Customer Services Centre at customerservices@leics.gov.uk or 0116 305 0002.
Details coming soon.
